We tested several blends of sock wool before deciding to stock this hardwearing bright white sock wool that takes natural dyes beautifully and knits into soft comfortable socks. This is a high twist Superwash sock wool blend of 75% Merino and 25% Nylon in a skein weighing about 100 grams (3.5 oz) and measuring about 425 metres in total (4/17nm).
We recommend that you use 2.25 to 2.50 mm UK size needles. Even though this wool is Superwash, we recommend you hand wash it.
